Based in Toronto, Ontario, TD has earned the reputation of being Canada’s #1 gaming community. We host some of Valve’s most popular games on our dedicated premium server, custom built for extreme performance, located in a state of the art data-centre in the Greater Toronto Area.
We take great pride in providing gaming enthusiasts with a fun, fair and competitive gaming environment on all of our game servers. Our friendly group of admins put their duties of monitoring the servers before their desire to play on them: keeping our servers hacker-free and ensuring that everyone abide the rules.
We are always looking to expand to new popular games when the demand is present, making Toronto Darkly one of the fastest growing communities in the world. The majority of our player base is from Canada and The United-States, however we attract players from all over the globe, especially from Europe and South-America.
Our network utilizes a premium mix of PEER1, All Stream and Atria Networks (multiple fibre connections including Hydro One Telecom) with TorIX peering. Our network is also smart enough to route you through our game servers using the most optimal path, ensuring a low-ping, and smooth connection during your gaming experience.
Toronto Darkly is Managed by the Board of Head Admins (BHA). The BHA consists of experienced gamers and long time members of TD, who strive to keep the community happy on the servers and on the site.
Toronto Darkly is a NON-PROFIT community; hence, any donation will go towards the servers. Remember, your donations give us all a place to play!

Admin status is earned and not bought. To become an admin, you have to be a TD member and you must be deemed to be mature and responsible enough by the BHA.

TD Grows again!
In our continuous effort to grow as a community and expand our game selection,
we have added a 32 player BattleField:BC2 server for your leisure.
I would like to thank Leroy for setting everything up and financing the initial months of hosting.
Due to popularity and the above expansion, we have also upgraded our Ventrilo server from 25 slot to 50 slot. This will make room for the BF:BC2 players, and facilitate all upcoming tournaments.
